At Ocean Heaven, every piece is handcrafted from bamboo lyocell by artisans in Bali. We want you to feel confident in your purchase — and if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it good.

Our 14-day return window

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be:

How to start a return

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning. We’ll reply within two business days with a return authorisation and our Bali warehouse address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend a trackable service — we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. International bank processing can add 3-10 days on top.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Mention this when you contact us. We’ll hold the new piece for you while your return is in transit, subject to stock.

Defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please photograph the issue and email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge, or refund in full — whichever you prefer.

Sale items

Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes follow the same 14-day policy unless explicitly marked Final Sale.
