Ocean Heaven is operated from Bali, Indonesia. These Terms are governed by Indonesian law.

Using the site

You may browse the site freely. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent’s permission) and provide accurate billing and shipping details.

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no automated bulk-ordering, no attempts to interfere with our servers or other customers’ orders.

Account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password safe. Let us know immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, materials and measurements accurately. Bamboo lyocell may show subtle natural variation between batches — this is part of the fabric’s character, not a defect.

Prices are listed in USD and exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country. Where prices change before your order ships, the price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is mispriced, out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, we will refund any payment promptly.

Shipping

Orders ship from our studio in Bali. Estimated delivery times appear at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers to your shipping address.

Returns and refunds

Our Refunds & Return Policy covers your right to return eligible items within 14 days. Please read it before purchasing.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — designs, product photography, copy, the Ocean Heaven name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without written permission. Personal-use sharing on social media with credit is welcome.

User-submitted content

If you tag us on social media or send us photos, you grant Ocean Heaven a non-exclusive licence to repost the content on our channels with credit. You can ask us to remove it any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Ocean Heaven’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses — for example missed events, lost income, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, transport strikes, customs delays and government restrictions.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Denpasar, Bali. Where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version is always the one on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
